Kelsey will surely be remembered for her smile, kind heart, and fun attitude. I am blessed to have known her as we grew up together on Lincoln Street, and for the many days we spent together with Grandma Jean and Grandpa Jake. You will be missed Kelsey - Rest In Peace. To her family, my deepest condolences go out to each of you. God bless you all and may you find comfort in your cherished memories of Kelsey and from one another.

I got to know Kelsey while taking the children from Concern For Youth on many of the programs. It clicked with me why I knew her when I asked her if Steve was her Dad. I shared with her how I remembered when she was born and the look on her face was priceless. She definitely had a Heart of gold for the children she monitored. They always seemed so happy if she rode the bus with them. I wish I could've known her more because she was always so respectful not just to me as the driver, but anyone I saw her come in contact with. I am so saddened to hear of her passing, I will always think of her when I take the children to an event. Heaven just received a beautiful Angel, may You Rest In Peace!! We are praying for your entire Family.

Kelesy was just a little girl when I met her. She would follow her sister Lita to work at Smitty's Pop and Hops. She would stay there and help everybody at one point I think she knew more about my pizzeria than I did. She would do anything and help anybody there.Smitty finally said to her you either have to stop working here or we're going to have to pay you... So I guess that was her first job we paid her but she also worked more hours than she was scheduled to work. Smitty and I both had such a very very special spot in her heart for this beautiful beautiful girl. I remember her prom night she came in to see us before prom. My heart is so sad and so broken for your family there are no words just absolutely no words. We love you with all our heart rest in peace little girl.
