The drag racing community in general and Pontiac racers in particular lost a legend with Tootie's passing. We are extremely grateful though for so many memories. His help at the track and away from the track was instrumental in every success for me. Harold was the first ever super pro track champion at motorcity 1987. Being the Pro champ that year I was supposed to race him for overall track champ but was happy that race got rained out so we could both be co-champs. Legend, mentor, friend, I think about you often and will miss you.
