When he wasn’t framing houses, Jack spent his time devoted to his greatest joys in life, his family and farming. He raised livestock and farmed with his much loved Allis-Chalmers tractors. Jack was also an avid hunter, enjoyed fishing, and watching old westerns. He cherished family traditions and loved the land he lived on in Wayland for the past 39 years.
Jack was pre-deceased by his parents, John and Dolores Cosgriff; and his brother, James Cosgriff. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Susan (DeSantis) Cosgriff; his children, Katheryn (Brett Hanson) Cosgriff, Kimberly (Monte) Gores; his grandchildren, Hunter and Samantha Gores, and Cole Hanson; his siblings Patricia (Robert) Bodensteiner, Lawrence (Bonnie Swan) Cosgriff, and Lorraine Anderson-Maculoso; his sister in law, Jean Cosgriff; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
