Connie or Mrs. Quanz as I knew her, was my 4th grade teacher. She taught me many things over the course of the year that I was in her class. One of the best things I remember about her was her consoling me, a little 4th grade kid, as my grandfather was in Strong Hospital undergoing open heart surgery. A long hug and a gentle smile is just what I needed that day. Heaven has received another angel.
